It’s not a five star hotel but it should be cleaned before the room is rented I had to ask for a different room and when I got the new room that was dirty too

This place deserves 5 stars! Ignore the negative reviews. I brought my family here for a 3 day stay and the sign in process for 1 was easy simple. A small deposit fee and thats it. The area is quiet and safe. Beds were comfortable. I have a little 1 year old and they were comfy enough for him to sleep and rest as well. I really suggest whoever is looking for an affordable place to stay Kings Castle Motel is the place to stay!

BEWARE! POOR SERVICE AND HOTEL CONDITION

Staff were rude...the manager on duty was rude, the housekeeping was rude. It was really unbelievable!!!! The toilet seat isn't fully installed and it moves when attempt to use the bathroom. The toilet paper dispenser was broken. They dont provide hand towels and bath towels. They dont have hangers for room usage. The pillows was extremely flat. The blanket has holes. They dont even want to return a "deposit" for the room and TV remote. You should seriously google search this hotel for it's rating because depending on hotel.com's star system will leave you with a sour taste in your mouth.

Unfortunately our room was not ready during the check-in time that was given to us. Area seemed pretty unsafe, and there was a lack of parking. Also, when I arrived to check-in, staff seemed confused/unprepared for my reservation.

Warning!

Horrible. I arrived and the lady told me that they had already sold out for what i had paid for. She told me she can give me a double queen bed room but told me not to use both beds so i wont get charged extra. I had no other choice. As im walking up stairs i notice 2 people are standing next to a room smoking and drinking, with loud music on a speaker. Guess whose room they were standing next to? Mine. I called hotels.com to complain and when they called the hotel, they claim they gave me an upgraded version so i shouldnt complain AND didnt do anything about the people outside my room. The "Upgraded" version had no remote control for tv. Couldnt change channels nor put volume up or down. Second time that i have a horrible experience hete. Lesson learned.

I booked this as a courtesy for a friend that needed a place for the night. Unfortunately, they didn't have the small deposit for the room and it went unused. I was sure I had double checked the listing for that stipulation and hadn't seen it, but I could be wrong.

Unclean, unsafe and overall unsatisfactory. Rooms reek of smoke, shower was filthy and facilities worn due to age; building needs major renovations or demolishing. Cramped and unguarded parking takes "at your own risk" to the extreme. Cash deposit required with ATM on site which again, use at your own risk. Front desk was fine.
