Overall, it was okay for the price and the location. The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the air conditioner by the window. I had encountered some problems though. The shower head was loose and the water pressure was horrible. It made the whole bathroom soaked in water.. we tried to fix it the best we could and it still was leaking. The staff was never really around to ask questions, only a few hours out of the day you could encounter the guy at the front desk. I understand it’s a small facility and all but still. The parking situation was horrible. One night, we had to pay at the meter across the street to be able to park overnight which wasn’t ideal but at least we had parking. The other nights we stayed, everything was full. We had to leave for another hour to check back to see if anyone had left each night, and had to park pretty far out from the hotel and wake up very early to take a parking spot. Honestly, I would not stay here again for the inconveniences we’ve faced. However, if you want a cheap hotel in the Beverly Hills area, this is an alright spot for the money you pay.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Close to The Grove… shopping and eateries. Where the stay went bad was at 2am the people staying next to us got back and were pretty pumped up from the club or a concert. They were drinking, yelling, and playing music. Fortunately someone from another room told them to be quiet at about 3am. This made for a not so good night rest!. Staff was polite and helped us to get checked in. But with no one on site to police unruly guests it was hard to sleep.

Room wasn’t ready upon check in but they gave me late check to compensate which I appreciated. It’s a good budget friendly stay. I wish there were better locks on the doors so it felt a little safer - the secondary locks were removed. The room was modern and very clean. Bed was comfy. Good area.

The room smelled of bleach and cleaning supplies but was not clean. The floor had dirt and residue and some sticky splatters on the floor. The shower floor looked literally gray, stained and dirty and there was a hair on the floor in it. The lock inside the hotel room was so flimsy, on the ground floor it didn’t feel safe. The rooms walls are paper thin and you can hear literally every thing in the rooms above and beside you. The location is very central.
