The Mason House, a mid-century modern masterpiece with amazing ocean views located in the Hollywood Riviera- designed and built by architect Earl Mason in 1963. The home invites you into a bright & open floor plan, w/ true mid-century post & beam architecture. Kitchen, living and dining rooms all feature panoramic ocean, mountain & DTLA views! Tons of natural light as walls of glass illuminate the entire living area. True to mid-century design ideals, all bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling garden views, blending structure and nature. The master suite features a fully renovated bathroom & stylish pass-through sky-lit closet. 2 more spacious bedrooms and remodeled hall bathroom lead to the most unique feature, a 1960s indoor pool. It was completely renovated ('20) w/ a new concrete deck, plumbing, plaster, and a mix of new & original salvaged tile. Revived, private, terraced backyard garden and sitting area with sweeping ocean views.
