Property DEMANDS $100.00 USD DEPOSIT. Which I frequently use Expedia for reservations and have never been demanded to leave deposit. Also I was advised that refund would be issued departing date, upon checking out was told refund take 5-7 business days. I WILL NEVER BE USING THEIR SERVICES FOR MY TRAVEL NEEDS.

The bed sheets and towels has pubic hair curled into it and also hair sticking out of brand new towels. There are dirty spots on mattress and towels. There is only 1 bar soap in shower and 1 bar soap for sink. All shampoos conditioners and amenities are not available and must be purchased downstairs. We were lucky to be able to get a hair dryer from front desk, but since there isn’t even a bagel offered for breakfasts and only coffee provided, we decide not to buy anything. Hotel air is clean and spacious and there was fridge and microwave, but we can’t trust the cleanliness becuase of the many nicely folded new towels and bedsheets having hair and spots of all types in it. The max they could do was 10% discount but maxed it to 15% discount with manager approval. We didn’t do anything but have a sleep.
