Check-in is at 3 PM, but I unfortunately didn’t get to check in until a little after 1 AM. I asked if I could get late check out since my flight isn’t until 5 PM. I was only asking until 1 PM but he did not care to hear anything because that’s the policy. I understand there may be some bad apples that ruined it for the rest of the bunch, but if there was a way to compensate for the accommodation I’m sure a guest like myself would be understanding and willing to abide by the means. But now that I’ve been given the answer I’ll be sure to look elsewhere when needing a stay for a flight. Thanks for the convenient price but not for the convenient hospitality one hopes for in hotel service.

At check in, Mike was so rude! I told him thanks for the hospitality and he said"I wish I could say the same" don't give attitude Mike and be a little nice to people and you will find they are really nice people... and after asking Mike's name he said, "tell them i said hi!" You got it Mike!

This stay was for one night. I would only suggest coming here if it was a one night stay. I didnt like how the parking lot was opened to non motel stayers. I felt unsafe parking my car. It would be nice for the motel to change it to motel only parking. Everything else was okay. Could be better but can't comolajn with the price.

Horrible experience. I called trying to figure out their shuttle and was put on hold for 20 minutes until I eventually hung up. I figured out it came on the hour so I waited in the designated area. It came 20 minutes late and then drove right past the terminal. I called them again (got ahold of them this time) to ensure it was the right area, it was. I said what happened and they said they would send their driver back. After waiting another 25 minutes, I gave up and got an Uber. I told the front desk what happened when I got there and didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Very frustrating! So disorganized

The only thing I liked was the gated parking lot and price. But I think it’s overpriced. The desk staff was rude. I asked for a spoon for the cereal they have in the vending machine and they acted like I insulted them by asking. The room smelled like garbage and there were hairs all over the tub..tiny curly hairs. The sheets were like so incredibly used they were dingy, the bad was bumpy. Table in the room was sticky. Gross. Loud cars driving by and loud hallways Absolutely not worth it no matter how “cheap” it is in comparison to other hotels.
