Best motel 6 in the area

Ive been coming to this hotel for a while now. I travel for work and its close to most of LA. They manager is a dream. Nicest lady you will meet in a hotel and always has a positive attitude and smile. Rest of the staff are friendly too even if they are annoyed or dealing with stuff. They remember me now so a lot of the time i go to check in and it takes like 1 minute. If i extend i just have to have the keys remade, no hassle or time wasting. I love it. The service is what keeps me coming back, and most of the rooms i stay in are decent enough. Decent bed, soft pillows, no bugs.

The check-in process was very nice - I think a manager helped us and she was great! She was very friendly and communicated well. Once we got to our room though, we discovered a stray stick-on eyelash and random hairs throughout the towels. I went down to the office to do a towel exchange (thankfully it was before 8:00 PM because they won’t do it after that). Same lady was very apologetic and gave us extra towels for the kids to have as well. The rest of the stay was fine. Another note - We booked a room with two queen beds, but were given a room with two full beds. I didn’t mention anything because we were able to make it work and I didn’t want to move after getting set-in. Lastly, after checking out, I called and asked for an emailed receipt. Whoever took the call said she would send it, but I never got it (I checked spam to be sure). Overall, it was a below average stay.

Screaming and yelling all night by other guests in the parking lot and by people hanging around outside their rooms. This went on until 4 am. Lots of heavy metal moving around noises. It was very uncomfortable bad night.
