I came to check in @ 11/16/25 between 8 to 9pm they said the computer is not working right, so they cannot give us room to stay so I left, Then at 3am 11/17/25 they cancel my booking without sending email about the cancelation. I try to call Expedia regarding the refunds I couldn't get someone to talk about it .

This room was completely filthy it was not clean there was no linens no blankets there was one towel and one washcloth the bathroom the shower in the tub were still dirty and wet and had clumps of hair in it the floor in the whole room was so filthy it made my socks black, the sink that was in the other part of the bath bathroom was clogged she couldn't run in water in it the, the air conditioner heater fan did not work I'll see what else the, the Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and kept going in and out and made it really difficult to gain access to it at all. The management was nonchalant didn't bother to try and help us or be forthcoming in the beginning. The laundry room where the only microwave in the entire complex is located closes at 9:00 and other people have different schedules than that you know they they work at different hours not everybody works during the day so that makes it real difficult for someone that needs to wash our clothes or even eat for that matter because it's the only microwave in the entire building. All in all this was a horrible experience!

We had to switch rooms because the first room, 204, had what looked like blood on the walls by the bathroom, the smoke detector was pulled down from the ceiling, there was nasty stuff on the drapes, a hole in the drapes that was covered by someone shoving tissue into it and someone had put tissue into the electric outlet, and there was pink liquid of some sort all over the wall by the tv. Room 205 was only a little better, the shower has holes in it, the bed is so run down the springs are starting to come through the mattress and it had a dip in it. There are cigarette burns everywhere They do not give you even a tiny bottle of shampoo, bring your own blankets because all they give you is a sheet. There was what appeared to be black dog fur all over, I think housekeeping only makes the bed, they do not actually clean the rooms. The laundry room needs updating. Spend the extra money and go anywhere else. But hey the guys at the front desk were nice
