Worst place I’ve stayed so far. Guy at front desk RUDE. roaches everywhere, smells like cigarettes and piss. Cigarette burns on the bedding. No towels. Only good thing about this place is the sizing of the room. Overall would never stay here. If you have children, don’t stay here. Most likely your children will end up sick in this environment this place maintains.

They don’t have irons, or blow dryers. They don’t give enough towels and there isn’t a front desk person. There was some crumbs left on the bed. I also saw 2 spiders in the restroom .

I never checked it. The night I was to check in, the parking was filled with several police cars with their lights flashing. Apparently, something bad must had happened just before my arrival. Seeing this, I stayed at a Travelodge in downtown Long Bea school, which was far cleaner and safer. I would caution anyone thinking about staying there, not to.

Dirty, bed had stains. Asked for new sheets and they never came so we had to remove them ourselves and use towels. Person checking us in was rude. Floor coming apart. Just not worth a penny. Stay somewhere else.

Stay far away… to start they need a cash deposit. The room smelled like body odor and cleaning products. There were multiple roaches we had to kill. And many more baby roaches (smaller than ants) that were in the bathroom and by the ac. The jacuzzi didn’t work but due to how dirty everything was, we wouldn’t have used it anyway. There were atleast 3 different hair lengths and colors in the bed, on the pillowcases, and even IN THE JACUZZI! I asked the manager about the cleanliness and insects and he just looked shocked but gave no verbal response. Im about 85% sure there was also a camera in the ventilator in the bathroom…i asked about being compensated and again, no response verbally. So i kindly asked for my invoice and left. My girlfriend and i couldn’t sleep at all so we stayed up and decided to sleep on the cruise ship when we board instead. The hotel was so unacceptable, she and I didnt feel comfortable evn showering there. The shower head looked appallingly gross.

Keine Kleiderbügel oder Bügeleisen im Raum. Mikrowelle ist im Aussenbereich hinter einer verschlossenen Gitter Türe, dafür muss man erst nach dem Schlüssel fragen. Sehr laut in der Nacht. Man muss cash 25 Dollar cash als deposit hinterlegen.

Likes: The room was large, attractive and clean and I really liked the floor pattern. The air conditioner worked well. There were nice shutters. The room had a great makeup mirror with a large counter that was separate from the toilet and shower (which worked well). There was a large full-length mirror and refrigerator. The parking lot seemed safe because it was semi enclosed. No bugs noted. Dislikes: Missing amenities, like there was no remote for the tv, no hangers in the closet, no washrags or kleenex, and the bottom sheet didn't fit the bed well. Also, would have been nice if there were more pillows. I would have preferred an extra lock on the door that flips over. Front Desk: Peter seemed nice but was hard to hear because of the thick glass partition and traffic on PCH. Overall, we would stay there again because it is close to where I wanted to be and seemed clean and safe.

Room was modern and clean. Pillows were not the greatest. No washcloths. Check in and out easy. Great Mexican food next to the hotel. The walls must be extremely thin, we heard a bunch of noises/yelling voices in the room next to mine and from the parking lot. I didn't sleep from 1am until 6am when the noise finally came to an end. I mentioned to the man when I checked out and didn't seem to care.
