The host was very accommodating. The yard was bigger then what I expected. We didnt bring a pet but there was plenty of room for one if we would have. It was located centrally for all of our activities especially venice beach. We had a waymo pick us up and drop us off with ease. Overall it was an amazing stay and I hope there again in the future

Great place to stay. Owner is very responsive. No dishwasher or garbage disposal but owner says there will be soon. Only negative is there is a gas grill, but tenants are responsible for refilling. So you may end up buying gas for others. very convenient to beaches and restaurants.

Great place! We stayed here a couple nights to go to the LAFC - Inter Miami soccer game. Host was a great communicator and the place is very clean. Gated parking is available but honestly, the spot on the street right in front of the house was open all the time and way more convenient. We didn't use all the amenities since it was a short trip but I'll definitely book this spot in the future.

The host was very nice. Thet even provided coffee and creamer. That was appreciated. The place was accomodating, the beds we very comfortable, felt safe and secure. Was centrally located between sofi stadium, LAX, and Universal Studios.We would rent this place again.

Family gathering

I came to visit with family in Los Angeles. I had a wonderful time the area was nice, the neighbors were friendly, it was very spacious, the place was very clean. Last the host was very friendly I meet with Lois on my way in. Great place to stay.

Great place to stay!

The check in process was super easy. The neighbor has a dog, who was out in the yard unexpectedly when we arrived, but it totally ignored us. House was clean and exactly how it was listed. Hung out in the backyard, which was lovely. Lots of blankets and towels for us all. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to town!

Great LA stay

Really nice place for exploring LA. It's an older building but someone did a really nice job renovating the interior - very comfy and felt plenty spacious for a family of 4. Location was good - close to LAX and easy access to freeways to get anywhere. Didn't even bother figuring out how to park in the back since on street parking was always easily available.
