Hotel is great, food not so much

The cuban restaurant that is attached is not very good. It was expensive, we waited 45 min for our food and then it wasn't good. The cafe con Leche was very nice though. Maybe lunch or dinner would have been better, but breakfast was disappointing. The bed in the hotel were amazing as well as the water pressure.

Over all the say was okay. Since our room was right next to the elevator, it was very loud, socially at night. You could hear every time someone got on and off the elevator. If staff sees you are traveling with kids, I would suggest they don’t reserve that room for a traveling family. Other than that the experience was good, staff were polite and respectful.

Good for one night while on the road

Near the airport and I-5 freeway. Staff was friendly and quick with check in. Gave good instructions to our room. Room is pretty spacious. Clean and had the basic amenities. The restaurant opens at 7am, so we needed to look elsewhere for breakfast because of our plans that morning. Free self parking is a plus.

The staff is very friendly. They don’t have an airport shuttle, but the front desk clerk arranged a Lyft ride at the hotel’s expense to the airport. The food in the small restaurant was very good. The room was large and clean. My complaint was the noise. The hotel is situated between I-5 and the train tracks. You hear the constant road noise and the 1 AM train. Being a country girl that kept me up, but if you are used to city noises and can block out the sound. The room itself was comfortable.
