Front manager was rude and caustic. Threatened to cancel my prepaid reservation because I was having trouble with my credit card chip for the incidentals, then threatened to have me removed when I told him I was going to call his manager and report how awful his customer service was. Then he refused to give me his full name. It didn't matter because his manager never responded to my e-mails... maybe he gave me the wrong contact info. Avoid this place if you are looking for warm and welcome customer service

The people staying in the room above us were extremely loud all night, stomping and talking loudly and drinking, even throwing glass bottles on the concrete at 5am when they finally left. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and this was by far the worst. There was also mold in the tub and bathroom sink.

The staff was lovely. Our room needs some serious maintenance. Our keycards were changed 5 times and the door battery changed, but they would never stay connected to the room. They were not stored near phones or credit cards. Our only reliable way to enter our room was the mobile key on my phone. Also, the kitchen sink had a leak that I reported but was not addressed. Then when I ran the dishwasher, it backed up into the sink and almost flooded the room. The hotel overall was nice, but our room is in great need of maintenance.

Room / carpet was old and smelly . The toilet was slow moving and was almost clogged. When I told the front desk, they sent someone up after a few hours who just used a plunger that didn’t work after I told them to run a snake to clear the clog.

Our room was clean and beds were amazing.. Staff were super helpful and even let us check in early, so we could get a nap before Knottscaryfarms that night. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, plus a game of tennis. (They provided the rackets and balls. )They also have a nice bbq and firepit to enjoy. Loved staying here. Thank you for the great hospitality.
