The room was nice! The pillows were a little flat but the bed was comfy and sheets were clean, also there is only 3 elevators for the entire hotel and it’s 21 levels so be prepared to wait for the elevator for a few minutes. The staff was really nice and friendly, they checked on us a lot.

We ate green stink bug from their room service food. We I tell them they didn’t care, even joke at me, smile at me, their kitche separate than management team, they did not notice about that to them. Also we found under wears, left over foods and used diapers from their room entry drawers. Whole 3 days we’ve been there but didn’t use those drawers. When we were checking out we checked everything for our stuff. But we found those disgusting underwears and foods from their drawers. Can you imagine whole 3 days we’ve been there with our 2 kids. It’s terrible experience in my whole life.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean , view was nice, bed was plush. I would recommend this place and stay again. Universal also had a shuttle that took you back and forth so that was a bonus.

The rooms, bathrooms, etc.were nice. Very comfortable bed. My only complaint is the parking charge. I selected to park for 2 hours the first night i was there. The posted charge for 2 hours was $14.00, which i agreed to, parking my car in the garage from 10:45 pm. to 12:00 am..Inspite of this, i was charged $55.00. A charge for a full day. In total i was charged $110.00 for 1 full day and the specifically requested 2 hour parking. Bad business. Left me greatly disappointed. Especially since staff proceeded to argue with me about it. The facts are the facts.
