Very easy to find. Very clean! Spacious with good furniture and comfortable beds and bedding. Good appliances, thoughtful separate rapid hot water pot for tea etc. Nice bathroom facilities and amenities. Lots of casual dining options, grocery and pharmacy very close. Noise from outside blocked with ear plugs. They supplied the plugs in the bedrooms. Slept great.

The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. It was modern and comfortable. I really liked the app to open our door and to open the elevator. What I disliked was the noise from the street. So many cars passing by and honking and at times I could hear the homeless yelling. Also, the lack of a parking lot. I had to pay $30 to park over night at a public parking and not to mention the homeless.

Amazing. I'm blown away by the fact that the place looks exactly as lovely in real life as it does in photos. The "chat with us for help" function was a bit spotty, but things worked out ultimately. The shower pressure was SO low that I couldn't wash my hair. But other than that? Perfection. A beautifully appointed studio, with a ton of natural light; secure front foyer; luggage storage. I loved it and will 100% stay here again when I'm in LA next.

A very comfortable, spacious, and welcoming space. Convenient location, but because you're in the midst of downtown, be prepared for street noise. (The room came with earplugs, which was a nice touch!). All of the staff were helpful and attentive during my stay.

Good rooms, good service, not great area to stay

Great spot to stay for a nice spacious room. The area is not great. Central yes, but sketchy. The room was good, but there was light that came through the light blocking curtains, and upon entering the room, the floor wasn’t cleaned that well. There were kernels of things on the floor and even 2 props of something that should have been vacuumed up.
