The accommodation is really new, clean, and the building security was excellent. The location is walking distance to many great spots in DTLA, as well as the train. My one knock against the building is that, although it is beautifully refurbished, they didn't replace the windows and they are paper thin. We were on the second floor and it was LOUD. We had two white noise machines and ear plugs and were still easily woken up by vehicles outside. It was comfortable overall, but the quality of sleep accessible with that amount of noise was a challenge. If you're a heavy sleeper, you would be fine, for those light sleepers, I would request a higher floor to mitigate the noise.

My wife and I stayed here for our trip to check out the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Other than getting to downtown LA from an airport, everything is relatively closes and getting a ride is hassle-free. Loved the entranceway, the floor plan, and kitchen.

Needs just a lil more…

Where as the room was cool, and the staff as helpful as possible, there are significant challenges. Parking for one… homelessness in the general vicinity another. Sad really as the location is very central to lots of cool places.

I was in LA for a conference. What a great place I found on Expedia. It was located close to walkable needs like whole foods in order to cook. The suite was beautiful and trendy. I was able store my luggage before I checked in and hang out in the lounge area. Sadly I wasn’t there long enough to enjoy the yoga room and gym. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved this place, will be back!

More spacious than expected, all amenities needed except for a microwave which would have been nice! Still, my favorite place I’ve stayed at in downtown recently. Easy checkin/out, staff was kind, never heard any neighbors. Sometimes there was street noise but earplugs were provided.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sonder Winfield - our room was very modern and the hotel had amazing amenities - free luggage storage, a communal lounge area and outdoor patio and just a really cool vibe all round. We were close enough to walk to the Lakers game and Grand Central Market which was why we booked this hotel! Would definitely stay again!

Parking is very difficult and you can hear everything from your room. When we arrived I came down to tell them it looked like the dishwasher had leaked. They asked if I submitted through the app, told them I had not but asked if I needed to and they said no. When I returned it was still wet. I did appreciate them having the packnplay in the room and set up. Overall it was designed nicely and very clean. I would stay at another Sonder again.

The amenities at the hotel were wonderful. The full kitchen was very helpful for our stay. The staff was tremendous. They responded to our request and any concerns we had immediately. The only small issue we had was the outside traffic noise, however, the earplugs provided by Sonder did the trick. We will definitely stay here again!

Worst 3 nights sleep in 30 years travelling.

If you value your sleep in any way this is not the hotel for you. In over 30 years travelling it was the worst 3 night stay sleep wise I have had. The noise from the street/surrounding areas was very loud until around 2am and then the glass bins started getting emptied outside at 4am till around 5.30 then the buses started up . Windows were ill fitting providing no noise insulation and letting in crazy draughts. There were earplugs and a noise distortion device in each room so it was obviously a known and ongoing issue. Location for what it’s worth was decent and room itself would have been ok if it was a lot quieter. Oh and no stairs to go up and lifts are very slow. Waited 15 minutes for one on second day when house keeping were using them.
