The place has major construction going on. No notification prior to stay. Specially we went for the hot tub and laundry room. Hot tub was freezing and front desk stated they didn’t know. Laundry room had multiple machines down. They wouldn’t refund any amount of money cause we booked from Expedia.

Nice suite, great breakfast

We stayed in a 2 bdrm, 2 bath suite, very spacious. Free dinner which was a very small selection but still, nice to have something hot to eat. The free hot breakfast was a different story, many items to chose from, very pleased with that. Shuttle from airport to the hotel was quick and we got an uber to the cruise port the next day, about 20 minutes away.

First I want to say thanks to I think his name was Scott. He was very inviting and made my group of 14 feel comfortable. The other guys with the suits were rude. Over the phone and in person. I felt dismissed when we asked questions. All three rooms were ok. My frig didn’t work that was also ok because I put my things in the other room.

Used by a lot of cruise passengers for obvious reasons. Efficient check in/out. Nice rooms with everything you need. Breakfast available if you’re in a hurry. Uber always 2 minutes away and several restaurants nearby. Small but Great farmers market with live music 4 minutes away

The hotel was good, waited for the shuttle for over an hour outside in the cold. Bad communication with the hotel staff and shuttle driver that he was on lunch. We didn’t get to sleep due to the noice from all the cars from the freeway. I won’ t be coming back.

Continental breakfast was great! Plenty of options to choose from. Pool is only outside and way too cold for anyone to swim in at this time of year. Some construction going on at both ends of the building. Room was good.
