Quiet getaway

The house is very spacious and easy to get to. Close to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet. My wife enjoyed daily walks to the local Starbucks and along the beach.

Unit was slightly unclean (spider webs in windows, tables weren’t wiped well, shower had some mold in grout, entry way was filthy and smelling.). When we arrived the toilet was clogged and the refrigerator was broken due to recent storm/power surge. We were provided a “college dorm” style frig but that wasn’t large enough to hold groceries for the whole family. Appreciated the owners effort but inconvenient. Resulted in a lot more eating out or extra trips to store. Patio was poor. It had dead plants and a mix of junky chairs around a fence??

Good stay in Marina Del Rey.

Overall, 4 adults had a good stay in this 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Marina Del Rey. Apartment is big and well appointed. Kitchen is nice. Location is good - about 3 blocks from the Venice pier and bars and restaurants. A few minor issues: (1)The walkway from the garage to the 2nd floor apartment is pretty dirty; The bed in the primary bedroom is low and somewhat difficult to get in and out of - and the mattress is quite soft; (3) there's a water leak above the toilet in the primary bathroom.

Great stay

The hosts were super responsive and provided a highchair and pack and play for our use, which was fantastic. The place is clean modern has everything you need in terms of kitchenware but not spices/olive oil which was fine for us as we always bring our own and don’t expect that to be stocked. Love the short walk to the pier and restaurants/coffee shops. Would book again.

Perfect spot

This apartment was spacious, very well maintained and well equipped. It was a great location. Walkable to Venice beach and Marina del Ray. Garage for the car a definate plus. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

Great location -- not far from the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and coffeeshops. Very spacious and comfortable with nice high ceilings. Really helpful to have garage parking for two cars too! It was perfect for our visit to the area and we would recommend it if you're looking for a light and airy, comfortable place to stay with friends and/or family in the Marina Del Rey/Venice Beach area!

Wonderful 4 bedroom two bath apartment in the Marina Del Rey district. We had a lovely time touring and enjoying the proximity to the beach! Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Private parking was ideal! We'd stay there again!

Good and Bad

Place was nice and clean. Proximity to the beach was fine. The only major, major complaint I have is that three of the beds were terrible to sleep on. The mattress and support was so soft that I had some back problems. I would not stay in this unit again.
