My stay was good, I was only irritated because they did clean my room and I requested towels and they didn’t bring them until the next day after I had already left for the day. The phone was not working and they were not responding to the app either.

We stayed here when our flight got changed last week and the staff were very accommodating. Room was good size and clean and breakfast was good. We were able to get to and from the airport in 15 minutes.

This hotel is in a very good spot for all tourists attractions, breakfast it’s not worth it always running low have to ask for everything. I asked to get my room clean twice they never came to clean it i didn’t have toilet paper , clean towels or clean bleeding. The staff is very friendly. I wish for the inconvenience they would of been more polite about it .

This hotel had an elevator down the whole time. I guess it had been down for months. The room was nice and big but, the fan in the bathroom NEVER turned off, it drove me crazy all night long. Also in the room the back of the curtains were covered in food stains. Breakfast was gross and they could not keep up with the people so there was often no food. The employees were not overly friendly and because there was only 1 elevator they had to squish in with us with their cleaning carts.it was a good location for the things we were doing but would never recommend this property. Usually Marriot has higher standards than this.

Great managers and staff.

We came the week of the huge LA fires. The staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly. We ended up having friends who had to evacuate have their son stay with us and we were able to get a suite upgrade. The cleaning staff kept up with all the teenagers in the rooms we filled. The breakfasts were solid hotel breakfasts. The gym and pool are great amenities. We also used the on site laundry which had enough machines that I never had to wait to get a load started. Highly recommend.

Likes: •Room/guest service was A . •Pool was clean and heated. There’s a hot tub too so that’s a plus. •Room was clean (although carpet looks a bit outdated and dirty) •Area was quiet, walls seem thick, can’t really hear your neighbors. •Room was spacious and comes with sofa bed too (dislike was sofa bed smells) •Provide full size hair shampoo, conditioner and body wash •Provide dish soap Dislikes: • Paid parking • Breakfast (it was decent but wish they had more selections like waffles/pancakes for kids) • Keys kept having issues to get into property and room (but we were staying overnight only so didn’t make it a big deal) Area is decent. Lots of food options nearby. We felt safe. Will definitely return.
