Great front desk folks, like Trey and others....the cleaning of the room is not everyday or every other. That was not advised till after I arrived that's my only concern than that have to share.

The staff was helpful in trying to rectify anything that went wrong and were nice but was displaced the first night of the stay and moved the second day where the pull-out couch was nonexistent. Perks of the stay was the hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and the AC is great! I am staying at the connecting Courtyard in a few weeks and probably would stay again provided there are no more issues with check in next time.

Not a Great Place for Family with Kids

Not a good place to stay. Even though it looks like new from outside, it has lot of problems. First thing the toilet was shaky. Have to ask for hair dryer as it’s empty bag hanging in the room. Toilet paper bath tissues need to ask them as they did not put any spare in bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend it.

My stay was 4 days and they never cleaned my room. I went to the front desk and requested my room be cleaned and new towels and still never happened. I saw a laundry person with a bin of clean towels and he gave me a set.

Customer service provided by Jeanne and Patrick who worked 5/16/2025. Means a lot that they worked to get us in early as our daughter’s college graduation was at 7PM and they were accommodating! Now the rooms 565&567 were clean, but the bed springs need a replacement. The iron in 567 does not work and both dishwashers in 565&567 are rusty and don’t work. Water pressure for sink in 567 was horrible. There was a stain on the 565 carpet. Other than these little hiccups, the rooms need upgrades but again, the customer service from the front desk was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, trustworthy and collaborative employees are key to to a great stay as they are the face of an organization and first line of defense. I would definitely return as a customer just for the excellent customer service!
