Rooms are unfussy, clean, and furnished with the basic necessaries and an abundance of towels. Service is excellent! They allowed us to put our bags out in the lobby while we weren't able to check in early or on-time due to itinerary changes. Note that their early check-in online has a waitlist so the online approach is suboptimal, and staff is far more friendly in person. We were also given the option of picking a first or second floor room considering our amount of heavy luggage. The shuttle coming from the airport is on an on-call basis, and the number is provided. The shuttle going to the airport runs by the hour and is punctual based on our experience in the early morning hours (6 am).

Neighbor was extremely loud. LOUD MUSIC for 6 hours straight, then loud Sex acts next door. We were here 7 hours to sleep before our next overseas flight. NO SLEEP. First employee tried to quiet them but to no avail. The overnight front desk was REAKing of Pot and could care less of our lack of sleep and calling manager, Joshua Backes. I will be disputing this charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Near LAX with airport shuttle

Conveniently located near LAX, but could hear our neighbors through the walls and outside. I suppose I'd stay here again if we needed to. The airport shuttle was easy (although it only runs every hour and they have limited spots, we didn't have any issues but it could have been a problem).
