We stayed here for our Anniversary getaway, which when I reached out to see if there was additional things we could add they did upgrade us to a bigger room which was very nice. I chose it cause it was was close to the venue we were going to that night. The area is not the greatest in Hollywood if you dont know what you are getting into by it is not horrible. The hotel itself was great, Herbert who helped us check in was absolutely amazing. However, the rest of the staff interactions were lacking. It seems like they did not want to be working there or care what was happening. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would definitely want to and will stay here again.

Hotel is fine - not the best but for the price - fine. Gym is a joke - outside next to bar. barely any equipment. The staff was rude and not at all friendly and not even apologetic. I had to go back downstairs and up twice to the lobby because the key didn't work. To do this at 10pm is inconvenient and just lame - not even a sorry. Then they charge you an additional $40 for some service hotel hidden charge at check out so don't think you are getting away with a deal because they will charge you another $38 plus tax on that for parking. So whatever you got as deal - ADD $80 to your bill per day!!! Yeah, will not be coming back to this hotel. Unfortunately, since I have to come every night saturday to LA for work. Horrible customer service. Oh, amenities in the room is very bare. Coffee machine doesn't even work - had to move it to another outlet. There is nails sticking out so becareful. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. So hence three star

Valet was great, the surrounding parts of the hotel was nice - but when it came to the rooms it was very disappointing. Mainly it needing major renovations. The floors are destroyed. New hotel, but already feels cheap and unready.

I booked through Hotels.com, but when I arrived the hotel couldn’t find my reservation and tried charging me more until I showed proof. Parking was $38 for “valet,” yet when I checked out there was no valet and I had to wander around an unfinished lot to find my car myself. The room was bare and disappointing—no fridge, no trash cans, no safe, no iron, only three pillows, and just sheets on the bed. For a hotel that’s only a few months old, it already feels poorly run and cheaply put together. The bar was the only redeeming feature, but overall this place is not worth the hassle or the price.

The hotel was almost $300 for a 2 star hotel. The pictures are far too good and do not really reflect what the hotel looks like in reality. It’s run down but new, smells like raid but covered with pine sol, just all bad. Add to the the $40 parking and it’s just all bad. The doors to the room DO NOT shut out any noise at all and there is a big gap at the bottom. And this hotel hosts parties on the weekends as they have rooftop restaurant and dance floor. It was so loud I got maybe 3 hours of sleep. I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN.

Beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant. Very charming hotel with great staff always willing to help. Just a few steps from the walk of fame. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Underwhelming, and dissatisfied, one of the worst places I have stayed. I booked a specific room and was given a heap. Our bathroom was unusable we were given an accessible room for some unknown reason. When asked to move they told me they had no other rooms available and said sorry check back tomorrow. The biggest problem with the room was the shower sprayed water onto the bathroom floor causing my wife to almost slip and get injured because there’s no shower curtain or way to angle the shower head down. So it sprays full blast straight on and splashes water onto the ground outside of the tub. After she told me what had happened I went downstairs to the front desk to demand another room they said sorry you’ll have to talk to someone tomorrow they would leave a note because there are no rooms. When I asked for a manager they said no and they said they were the acting manager. When I asked who I needed to speak with tomorrow to make this right they deflected the question and said whoever is here. I’m not a confrontational person but this interaction was unacceptable brushing a guests safety off. Eventually after a heated confrontation I just asked for extra towels and they said yes. They eventually gave us another room but mine and my wife’s day was already ruined. We drove 8 hours and all we wanted was a hot relaxing shower to wind down for the night and we couldn’t even get that. Unacceptable.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is still working out some kinks after only being open 4 months. Once refrigerators get into rooms, restaurant opens, it will be better. Roof top bar and continental breakfast on the rooftop were wonderful.

Free breakfast, but most food ran out when we showed up at 8am and 9am on each day. Food not replenished. No housekeeping service. We left the hotel at 9am and back to the room at 4pm and the room was not made. We left the room again at 6pm and back at 10pm. The room was still not made. We asked the front desk for fresh towels and they brought 2 bathroom mats. The hotel is close to Hollywood walk of fame, but in the seedier and sketchier side. Not safe at night. The neighborhood reeks of urine.
