I thought i was booking foe the night, but via expedia, if you book after normal checkin, expedia site automatically sets the checkin date for the next day. Expedia staff contact the site staff to cancel but they said they couldnt at that time, and would do it next day. I was assired by site staff Norman & even the morning staff, but they lied and didnt cancel before myaccount was charged. I have tried to contact them but their 'systems are down' so conveniently on their part. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT DISHONEST SERVICE FROM THE STAFF!!!

I did not even check in here, ended up staying at another motel 6, this motel was booked by mistake and my mom sent a message right away asking for it to be transferred to the motel 6 on Gustine but haven’t heard a word back from them

The room was clean, except the showerhead was totally rusted at the base. Underneath the sink in the bathroom needs to be repaired and the light by the bed did not work. It needed the bulb to be replaced. There was no coffee pot or microwave. The hot water took a long time to get hot and then it almost scolded me. There was an old hamburger left in the refrigerator from McDonald’s and the truck traffic noise all night was like sleeping on the side of the freeway.

The staff was nice. My number 1 low rating was because of the bed. The bed should be trashed. Major broken down sides. The ice machine has not worked for 3 days the manager said. Only 1 set of towels. Homeless man on other side of driveway opening. I gave the eldery man food. Super noisy ( freeway and i could hear the room next door talking. Tv great. Table and chairs great. Fridge great. No microwave. Coffee in am in office was great. Pool hasn't been in operation for a long time. Some grass areas need to be mowed. 2 feet high.

Food is within walking distance. The pool is bone dry and awaiting maintenance or refurbishment...non-usable area for guests. The mattress in my room should have been changed out years ago. It was old, tired and worn out. There was a concave depression in it that made laying or sitting there uncomfortable. My room was in the section closest to the freeway. The freeway is right next door! The traffic noise is very loud. If you run your AC fan all night you can drown out the traffic (even Hwy 5 calms down to very little traffic after 12 - 1 am). The shower is a small little cubicle with a cloth curtain. It works fine...just very outdated. When I entered the room, I was immediately greeted by the flies that had taken up residence in this room. I spent the next hour with a washrag as a swatter. Every time I left for a while and then came back to the room, there were new flies to swat! I rented this room over the internet and I based the choice upon location and the pictures provided. If I had seen the location while physically there in Santa Nella, this would not be my choice.
