We were only given one option for room when booking and it was ground floor with balcony in front of AC unit that was loud all day. Room was also right next to kitchen and had a constant smell of onion and beans throughout the day. Very surprised rooms like this are even an option to stay in

And did not appreciate that they reserve the best seats around pool For their time share clients regardless of weather they occupy them or not, leaving all others searching for a lounger. False advertisement

The hotel is beautiful but from the moment you walk in you feel like you are entering a dealership. They greet you, sit you with a concierge after check in and they push, push and push you to go to there sales pitch about time shares. I understand the business side of things, but being informative and being pushy are two different things. They will offer you spa credit, free excursions and room credits just to try and force you to go to the sales pitch (they won’t take no for an answer so you just say yes and don’t show up) At checkout Monse (she said she’s the supervisor when i asked to speak to a manager) was extremely rude. She was charging me x am extra in “taxes” when i ask her to explain to me why i am being charged over extra she said that they have different charges for taxes depending on the amount? I asked her if she knew the percentages that are charged in taxes and eco she said it differs by customer? Iva is set at 16% in Mexico (she said that it’s not correct and it depends on the amount we are being charged? That’s the first lie. Then she said there’s a fee of x amt or more for Propina (tips) I asked if that’s a set fee she said “no it depends on the amount of Propina you decide to give” It’s not about the money but when someone in “management” can’t explain the taxes and fees that are being charged to the room then they can charge what they want? My checkout bill was x amt (I only charged tips to my room since it’s an all inclusive) the total in tips was

We recently stayed here and overall I’d describe the experience as very mid and basic. Check-in was rocky from the start: our room wasn’t ready at 4 PM, and we had to wait about an hour. Once in the room, we found no alcoholic beverages in the fridge, no welcome kit, and some minor maintenance issues like a non-working bidet and hair dryer. The staff themselves are a clear highlight—very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Room service was also impressively fast, though the menu was pretty limited. Food was generally good, with nice options for lunch and dinner, but breakfast was underwhelming. Facilities are hit or miss. The gym is extremely basic, really only suited for a quick workout. The hotel technically has several pools, but only one is truly comfortable for spending the day. Worse yet, if you want a good chair there, you need to be up at 5:00 AM to claim it—despite seeing “reserved” seats sitting empty until midday. Overall, this is not a premium or luxurious experience. It’s fine if your expectations are modest, but I wouldn’t choose it if you’re looking for anything beyond the basics.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay!! The resort was beautiful and the restaurants were excellent!! The rooms were more than we could have asked for. My girls loved the hammocks on the balcony’s. The staff went above and beyond expectations. Aaron was our favorite he treated my family like his on. He was very attentive and always there with a smile and whatever we needed!! We can not wait to vacation here again!
