The hotel itself was OK, but anything involving food was either mediocre or designed to gouge guests who were captive because of the hotels isolation. The breakfast buffet was meager, and though we had paid extra for it in our reservation, we were still charged $12 each day as a service fee (it was a buffet!) : there was little protein like meats and lots and lots of bread, buns and things like refried beans. The smoked salmon, when there was any, was jealously guarded and made available in tiny amounts. The three onsite restaurants were all geared to someone’s idea of haute cuisine—small portions, beautiful presentations and Beverly Hills prices Otherwise the hotel was clean, welcoming, with a responsive staff. What a shame about the food

The room was very noisy. It was on the 5th floor and overlooked an adjacent resort, which was very noisy from mid-day to late at night over the holidays. I had to sleep with my air pods to shut out that noise. In addition, if i wanted to use the very nice balcony to enjoy the view, I had to wear my air pods to shut out the mechanical noise from the Hilton as well as the adjacent hotel.

Basic room. No view nothing. Just the absolute basics here. Was being sold time share packages which are ridiculously overpriced. Service was basic too, keep in mind that you’re expected to pay “mandatory” service charge for the breakfast buffet even though it’s a buffet and you literally got no service. I got the “mandatory” removed later at the reception but did cause me a weird conversation. The property is at a decent location (nature wise) but far away from everything else. I probably will not visit again, maybe look at a different place for the cost price paid.

My husband and I absolutely loved the hotel! The staff, the pool, and the breathtaking views were incredible. We especially enjoyed the amazing swimming beaches — they were fantastic! We had an unforgettable stay and can't wait to come back soon!
