We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva for a wedding and it is a nice property. A few minor vices: The pools were a bit chilly. Also, at night when nobody is in them, the water sits still and you can see the film of sunscreen on top. The biggest thing that threw me off was at check-in, we had to pay a $250 deposit + the environmental tax fee. I knew about the environmental tax fee, but there was no mention of a $250 deposit in any of my confirmation emails. However, the staff was very attentive and patient at check-in, as well as throughout the trip. Everyone we encountered greeted us and seemed genuinely interested in our wellbeing during our stay. Also, the wedding we attended was very well executed. There were several staff members making sure everything went perfect, and it honestly did. It was the most fun wedding we have attended in a while! I would definitely recommend this property to host an event.

We loved our stay- the spa was as amazing. The pool service top notch. Manny and Christian are the best! Service was great, Hyatt Ziva showed us lots of LOVE! This resort is absolutely stunning! I stayed in a renovated king ocean view room and it was pure paradise. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The pool is huge and gorgeoussss. The swim up bar and entertaining bar staff were my favorite.

The staff was super friendly from Marcos doing the foam party to Juanitas Tacos at the adults pool. The staff treated us with great kindness. The friendliness and attentive to our request made this trip very special. The property is well kept. I can tell that everyone works in harmony and knows exactly the expectation. Thank you guys for the great memories!

This was a very bad experience for me and my colleagues honestly. The people come to that place to drink all the day, There was a « cucaracha » in the bedroom, which de facto smell awful, humide All the clothes stocked in my luggage’s were contaminated by that’s terrible smell

Had a great stay at Hyatt Ziva! Special shoutout to Mario at Mahika Indian, who went out of his way to make our kids feel welcome. Also Mahika is a brand new restaurant, and serves delicious Indian food, that too in Mexico! We campled all restaurants and all of them were great too. Also we worked with Diego at the front desk to get a paid room upgrade, but the room we ended up with was phenomenal thanks to him! Would come back!

My ac in my room was broken. They tried fixing it several times but kept going out. The buffet was not edible. There was flies on everything. Nothing was properly covered. There were also birds in the Resturant and no one tried to remove them or cover the flood to make safe. When I brought this up they told me a neighboring resort dumped their trash near their property. I switched resorts from a health perspective.

I really enjoyed the Hyatt Ziva excellent staff food and entertainment was on point. The room was cleaned everyday. I highly recommend this place with anyone who has kids or not.
