Everyone was so nice and they really took care of you. We went for my son's birthday and they had a lil cake for him when we got to the room. It's a nice resort for families . They do have a place for adults only but its apart from the family side. Every day they had different dinners . The ppl at the pool were really nice and they know how to entertain the crowd. We will diffently be back. Thank you for everything .

I had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately, our experience was deeply underwhelming and upsetting. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a cold reception. The staff was noticeably less courteous and accommodating to us compared to others. It quickly became clear that we were being treated differently – something no guest should ever have to experience. What made things worse was the atmosphere created not just by the staff, but also by some of the other guests. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, and at times, outright disrespected. It’s disheartening to say, but it seemed our presence as Black guests made us targets for subtle and not-so-subtle acts of discrimination. Hospitality should be about making all guests feel welcome, safe, and respected. Sadly, that was not the case here. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to foster a truly inclusive and respectful environment.

Staff was amazing . Gabriel from Expedia was amazing . He helped us in all sorts of ways from Food to excursions to transportation. We felt at home away from Home . Little disappointed with Food as it felt like same thing over and over again . We enjoyed the pool side food more than the Buffet .

The good: The beds were comfortable. The upgraded package allowed us to eat in The Grill restaurant (which was the only decent food available at the place). The upgraded package also got us an ocean front room. The room was clean but in need of some renovations (as is the entire property). The service was fine. Some places better than others. Excellent drinks at the lobby bar and rooftop bar. Pool drinks were another story. Every margarita tasted different that the one before. We switched to something simple (frozen vodka and lemonade), hoping that would get a better result--it didn't. In some cases, the drinks tasted like there was absolutely no alcohol in it. And in one instance, it tasted like we were delivered a cup of just some slushy ice. The service at the restaurants was good. All very pleasant with the exception of the Italian restaurant. The staff tries hard and they are all very friendly and polite but why can't you get a decent margarita at the pool??? The food---it was terrible! We have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts so we know not to expect a gourmet food experience. Because there is a variety of choices, you can usually find something you like at an all-inclusive. Not here. The buffet was truly terrible and we tried-- giving breakfast, lunch and dinner a chance. The only exception was the made-to-order eggs at breakfast. And none of the food was hot. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: No one eats beef stroganoff for breakfast!! And cut up hot dogs are not breakfast s

We had a great time! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a nicer room, beautiful view. Pools and grounds were well kept and cleaned. Restaurants had good food. I cannot complain. I know the road noise can be bothersome, but it was not an issue for us, we were able to sleep fine. I totally recommend this hotel :)
