Staff was amazing and so kind, making the resort a good experience! The breakfast buffet was amazing with great views overlooking the ocean. Beach was not swimmable (expected in Cabo) but the pools available made up for it. Short uber ride into town. Would definitely recommend the Scuba Caribe water taxi from the resort. Only note is not very many vegetarian options at the buffets, the options available were good but can get repetitive.

Nice resort. Lots to do for little kids and adults, but not a lot of options for teens. Food was very basic. Run of the mill buffets. Very hard to get into restaurants. Have to be on line by 4/4:30pm, justto put your name down and not get seared until 7 or 8. And, when we did, food wasn't great. Drinks were very sugary and weak. Pools nice and clean. Guests play the "chair game", so if want prime seating, you have to get out there and put towels down by 6 or 7am. Staff were very friendly. Overall, we love Cabo, so definitely will return, but probably not to RIU Santa Fe.

The resort itself is beautiful, the staff is amazing. Thank you to Conny at the breakfast buffet. The food was always cold i would give it a 5 had it not been for few positive things. The vibe was boring the pool never had good music playing.

Let’s start with the good: rooms were cleaned well, beautiful landscaping and the property upkeep is incredible. The beach is beautiful with incredible views. If you go for a party, that’s a great place for you. If you go with your kids you will have a blast. The bad: the beds aren’t comfortable and are made of multiple flat sheets. Theres one blanket in the top of the closet. We stayed for 7 days and I think our mini fridge got topped up twice. That includes your water, we had to request from the desk to be topped up more. The food is AWFUL. We both got sick from the food. The buffets are dirty. None of the tables were cleaned properly & just reset. If you needed things during your meals you needed to be self sufficient as waiting staff were ok, but lack of. There’s a lot of walking- no shuttles around the massive property. There’s no elevators. While we were sick from the food and pretty well stuck in our room, our TV in our room quit. We had to request for this to be fixed/ changed, they changed it with a TV that had lines through the bottom of the screen. We saw a child get out of the pool and pee in a bar cup. We asked for drinks in glass after watching this and immediately got served drinks in plastic. The swim up pools are hot by the beach & no one gets out to go pee. Gross. The birds are awful when trying to eat outside, had a full bird fight right next to me while trying to enjoy lunch one day over a plate of food that was left on a table that wasn’t cleaned up.

A really great all inclusive resort. The room and grounds are very well kept. There are a variety of different dining options. Excursions can be booked with vendors at the resort or on your own. I enjoyed my stay for my 35th birthday

This resort is wonderful and met all our expectations and beyond! Quick and easy check in- no long waits and well staffed. Super clean resort! Food was plentiful and so many options- nobody will be going hungry! Pools were super clean, never overcrowded as multiple pools are available for any reason you might be staying- children, couples, partiers- there’s a pool for each type of traveler. Nights provided entertainment and my only complaint would be that some of them didn’t start til 9pm… by the time they started we were ready for bed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
