This is always my go to hotel in Los Cabos. So many things to do on the resort. You don't even have to leave as they have on site night life. (Club is ok) But pool parties are where it's at. It's a quick 10min Uber ride downtown, for nightlight and other activities. Friendly staff. Very clean.

I honestly really enjoyed my stay although it is all ages it was very fun and kids don’t bother me tbh staff was super friendly and food was amazing as well!!! Just be very careful when out with your belongings both of my friends got their phone and wallet stolen by staff so just hold on tight !!! And be alert with ur things other than that you’re good:)

Good experience overall, they are very mean if you try and get your own uber instead of using their taxi’s… food was decent but AC breaks down, overall great time for a couple getaway and the price.

To “wash” their cups at the bar, they dipped them in water before serving someone else. Room AC broke for HOURS while we were staying there, with no compensation for anything. There was, what looked like makeup, smeared on the walls. Hidden fees for EVERYTHING. Don’t even leave a crumb or they’re going to charge you $500. We were supposed to check in on the 20th, flight got canceled didn’t get there till the 21st 4pm. When checking out, we were at the property a few minutes after check out because we fell asleep at the pool after turning in our room keys. They charged us $450 and threatened to call the cops on us if we didn’t pay it. Although we didn’t use ANY amenities even if we wanted to because we didn’t have a bracelet. We spend so much to be here and planned months in advance with a certain budget. A person in our group received news that he’s not ready to accept or disclose which is why we booked. I feel absolutely terrible to have put him through the experience that we went through and I am so disappointed as we had high expectations. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will make sure everyone I know never comes here.

The pool and restaurant staff were great. The WiFi code never worked, so we had roaming charges $$$. The directions to our room were not good or directions around the hotel. Instructions for checkout were nonexistent. Also not quiet! People were yelling in the hallways and stairwells that echo from 11pm-3am every night. Don’t go here if you want to sleep on vacation!

Riu is a property I look to stay at when traveling abroad. This property had plenty to do my family really enjoyed all the activities but must say the buffet was a little on the bland side. There was plenty of selections to choose from but lacked the seasoning we are accustomed to. The pool side selections were very good and we enjoyed everything, this is a resort we definitely would visit again.

Good place for young adults, but no great for some one that wants to feel and see a 5 star hotel . Food and drinks not to a 5 start hotel standard. No flavor , some times to salty and drinks like a cheap bar. But the entertainment was awesome . Not everyone speaks English which was a surprise since is a tourist spot.
