We stayed at Tropicana Los Cabos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for four nights and overall enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a lovely boutique feel, beautiful shared spaces, and a great central location near the plaza. The rooms were clean, turndown service was done nightly, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our main issue was the room location. We were placed near what seemed to be an employee lounge or service area, and bright lights outside shined into our room at night, making it difficult to sleep. Some rooms had blackout shades, which would have helped. I did ask to change rooms at the beginning of our stay but was told none were available, even though the hotel did not appear full. The pool was great, but the jacuzzi remained lukewarm the entire time. The yoga and massage offerings were excellent and a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the complimentary bike tour was canceled without notice. I left breakfast outside the hotel to attend, only to find out it was canceled. A quick call would have been appreciated. Concierge and front desk service could use a bit more attention. Despite a few shortcomings, we enjoyed the hotel and would stay again I would just be sure to request a different room next tim

I’m obsessed with this hotel. I travel often and have to say the experience here is top tier. The rooms smell so fresh and clean, everything is so aesthetically pleasing and comfortable as well. I was literally lying by the pool searching when I could come back. CON: Expedia listed the hotel as having an airport shuttle. We asked the front desk people if we could book the shuttle but it ended up being a taxi we had to pay for. So I covered $80 in round trip transport myself. In addition, I would have booked myself an uber and paid much less if I had known.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location right off the plaza with a helpful front desk staff. Pool + jacuzzi with a bar. The restaurant breakfast was good and there is seating indoors and outdoors. I wish the coffee was better, but there are lots of coffee options nearby. My lovely room was cleaned daily. Totally recommend the fantastic on-property spa.
