Property staff are excellent. Since Hyatt purchased, the grounds keeping is not as manacured. Also, costs at bar and restaurant are up 30% from when Welk owned property. Great staff, overpriced food and beverages.

One of the best hotel stays I have experienced. I don’t say this often but I would definitely return when visiting Mexico again. The experience was nearly perfect. Additional comments below are to help improve future experiences. The concierge’s lack the motivation to share the night life were limited. We leaned about the places we asked about after our experiences. I had a dinner and a restaurant that had nightlife starting an hour later. It was disappointing that we didn’t know there was entertainment. Mainly a concierge could’ve advised a different dinner time so we could’ve enjoyed the entertainment. The rooms were accommodating with all the amenities, but the small detail finishes were a little rough. The staff was amazing. The hotel is very lucky to have a staff they have. I’ve never experienced such a friendly staff before. They are so kind, accommodating and friendly. But it was one staff member out of the 50 we interacted with that was a bit abrasive.

A can of coke is more expensive than a beer. And the don't let you bring your own water to the pool. You have to purchase a bottle that is way over priced. The food is nice but not worth what they charge.

Wonderful 4 day stay

Stayed with the family and my mom in the penthouse - 2504P- fantastic views of the garden and the ocean. 1600+ sqft place, lots and lots of space and extremely comfortable. The food was decent, slightly on the expensive side but nothing to rave about either. Proximity to CSL helped since it was only a $8 under ride in and out.

Booked this hotel for a week for my 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel is in a great area however it is aged. The floor in the room that we stayed had foundational cracks from the front door to the back door and many different locations. Not a big deal I wasn’t in fear that the building was going to slip into the ocean, however You would think that these things would be fixed. We booked a dinner at the hotel. It was more of a dinner show type of thing the cost to us was a total of $150 with one drink each and tip. The food was absolutely horrible. The chicken mole was not chicken mole. It was some kind of brown sauce and the chicken wasn’t great and to be quite honest with you I can’t remember what the rest of the food was, but it was not good. The show was good. They had dancers and stuff like that But then they had a MC bring people up from the audience and that was fun to watch, but not what I expected. The Staff were well mannered and very helpful. Our trip ran through a Friday and Saturday night. I can say that on Friday night one of the neighboring suites decided to have awe’re well mannered and very helpful. The place was nice. More low key than some of the newer resorts. The service / hospitality was mediocre. We had a couple of situations where my 11 year old daughter ordered a non-alcoholic pina colada daiquiri mix and my 8 year old son ordered a smoothie where their faces turned bright pink and had pink blotches on their bodies. We think there was some alcohol in both drinks. They offered to bring a doctor to examine them as well as a room upgrade next time we come back but still made us pay for both drinks in question.

The property was nice. Only 1 dining option and things are quite expensive. The piols were kimd of small with not much activty. This would be great for a coyoke trip- but not a ton to do for kids. The staff were amazing! Jesus and Raziel- activities, were super energetic and patient. The food was good, too. Silvia at the front was super helpful and patient as well. We had a large group and they accommodated us well.
