Our house is an authentic place with incredible views of the sea and the summit. The house has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated.



You can reserve the entire home or if you prefer you can stay in one of the rooms with a bathroom and a private garden, all of them with Wifi, SmartTV and all the details that will make your stay something special on your vacation.



We seek the privacy of our guests and we achieve it with a lot of vegetation knowing that your only neighbor will be the sea.



The name Maresía comes from the cloud of water that causes the waves to break against the shore. The Maresía when the sea is angry can be felt from the house since we are very close to it. Therefore, you will be able to see, hear, and even smell the sea if you think this is your place to enjoy your well-deserved vacation.

The town of Los Realejos is friendly and close. The house is in the El Toscal - La Longuera neighborhood, a small town with all services and less than 5 minutes by car from the famous El Socorro beach and trails such as Rambla de Castro and La Gordejuela



The small town of Toscal and La Longuera is very close. From the house to La Longuera it will take around 5 minutes walking and there you will find great restaurants such as La Finca, El Andarife or El Guachinche El Pino. There are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and pharmacies very close.
