Spacious holiday home which is perfect for those who want to be close to one of Öland's finest sandy beaches, approximately 250 metres. There is plenty of room for 6 people here. Generous family room with large dining area, fireplace and AC. Fully equipped kitchen with many amenities. Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds, one room with two singel beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.



Sauna with shower is in a separate building. Large terrace with where you can eat a good dinners and cozy up in front of the fireplace during the summer evenings. There is also a barbaque. Beautiful, fenced natural plot and lawn. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Calm and peaceful surroundings with meadows and woods, where you can pick both berries and mushrooms.





To see and do in Löttorp and the surrounding area



The house is located in Kesnäs, close to Löttorp where there is, among other things, a grocery store, bakery and one of Öland's best meat and charcuterie shops as well as restaurants. Close to many attractions such as Byrum's raukar, Neptuni fields at Bygelkrok, Skäftekärr's Iron Age village as well as fine trails for hiking and cycling. Near the house is First camp Löttorp, which has a nice playground for children, mini golf course and kiosk. Öland's golf club, Böda Sand golf club and Byxelkrok's golf club offer great challenges from early spring to late autumn.

Bed linen and towels are not available in the house – please bring your own.

Final cleaning is not included so you need to clean the house before departure.
