ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The bunk beds are best suited for children because of weight limitations
-We no longer accept construction companies and their crews as a guests, all reservations that are booked to reflect that will be canceled.
- This property offers a step-free entrance via a ramp on the side of the home, and there is a bathroom and a bedroom on the 1st floor. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and require stairs
- For an optional fee of $75, guests can use the community private boat launch adjacent to the property. The fee should be collected at least 24 hours prior to check in so that guests can gain access to the boat launch gate key. Please reach out to the owner if you are interested in using the boat launch
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the back of the house and faces the yard, camera 2 is located on the front of the house and faces the parking area, camera 3 is located on the shed and faces the house and driveway, and camera 4 is a video doorbell camera located by the front entrance facing out. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the devices or when the video doorbell button is pressed.
