Enjoy Old Town Louisville in this charming home built in 1891. Three bedrooms, two baths, front porch, back deck, lovely yard with bbq and outdoor table and chairs.

Home is immaculately clean and well-appointed.

Our home is perfectly situated - just blocks away from Memory Square Park, Louisville Public Library, restaurants, shops, etc. Wonderful location for families. Stroll to go ice skating and sledding in the winter and to the farmers' market and Memory Square Pool in the summer.

Boulder is just a 15 minute drive, Denver 30 and Eldora 50. One can easily get out & explore. Spend the day hiking, biking, climbing, or skiing/boarding, kayaking -- there are so many outdoor adventures that await in Boulder County!

Very convenient location with walkable restaurants etc. It is a beautiful house! Timely and thoughtful communication from our host throughout. There were many child-friendly details in the house which (although I did not have any little kids with me) my adult son with autism very much appreciated. I would recommend it to anyone.

The location is perfect and the house is charming! Very clean, beautiful back yard, and quick and easy communication with the host. The layout of the house is great for a family with a room on the front for kids and a perfect bedroom/bathroom on the back by the back yard for adults to move around the house after bedtime without issue.

Beautiful Louisville Downtown Home!

The house was perfect for our family visiting for CU graduation. Three bedrooms put everybody up comfortably- and walking distance to downtown for coffee, dinners, and shopping. The home has a beautiful garden to relax in out back. Totally recommend this home!

Loved it! Quiet cottage steps from downtown

I love going to Louisville to relax, wander the streets to see the lovely homes and say hi to the friendly folks there. This cottage was the perfect homebase. I cant think of anything I would change, I will definitely be back.

Peaceful stay in an active downtown

We had a great stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The host was easy to reach and lovely to chat with. We enjoyed the front garden, which was in bloom. The location is fabulous. Historic Downtown Louisville is bustling and has a great selection of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. The farmers market is excellent. It was a short and pleasant walk from the rental to dining and entertainment.

Wonderful experience in Colorado!

JoAnna’s property is beautiful, and the accommodations were plentiful. Unlike some rental properties, JoAnna supplies her guests with all of the necessities plus several extras-all added with a personal touch. Her property is located in the perfect spot for walking to charming Louisville and driving to several Colorado tourist attractions and hiking opportunities. Our family certainly enjoyed our first trip to Colorado!

Our family was very pleased to stay at this clean and welcoming home in historic Louisville. The owner was very helpful, communicating with me promptly before and during the stay. Family getaway

We loved the location of this property. Our daughter and her husband came from Austin and we came from So Cal to stay on this quaint home and town. Loved that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home was clean and met all of our needs. JoAnna was easy to communicate with although we had no problems to address.
