True walking distance (5 minutes walk or less) to at least 8 restaurants, and a 15 minute drive or less to any luxury dining experience in Louisville. Kroger grocery and pharmacy is a 2 minute drive. With blackout curtains in the living room, you can essentially transform the area into a 4th bedroom at night! The property has two full bathrooms. The primary en-suite bathroom has a walk-in glass shower with luxury linear drain. The shower fan doubles as a speaker which guests can connect to with their mobile device via Bluetooth. Guests can listen to their favorite tunes while getting ready for a day on the Bourbon Trail! The second bathroom contains a double vanity and shower/tub combination for the little one’s who need a bathtub option.

Our team members share the parking lot and may be on site utilizing the garage during your stay, this area is separated from the house and outdoor space by a yard length, 6 foot privacy fence. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept that the lot is shared and there may be team members on the property during business hours. Guests never need to worry about privacy!**

RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.
