The water pressure was poor, windows in room and hallways look as if not cleaned in several months, some doors were missing veneer, elevator has a bad electric burning smell, hot tub didn't look clean enough to relax in ( main reason for choosing that location) , our stay was for 2 nights but didn't receive a refresh from housekeeping after 1st night ~ overall the accomodations felt tired and a bit neglected !! It was sufficient for a place to lay my head but not to sure about any future plans to stay again.

It was so inexpensive on Expedia. I really didn’t know what I was walking into. The room was so clean the sheets were crisp white. Everything seems to be kept up very well at this property. The staff is so pleasant also!

If the hot tub has been working it would have been a flawless stay. Can’t help occasional maintenance though. I just wish hotels.com would know so you could make an informed reservation.

The entire stay was horrible! The room was very outdated, the hot tub was under maintenance, bedding was dirty, telephone didn’t work and we pretty much had to beg for towels and a clean blanket! This stay was a total waste of my time and money as we traveled solely for the hot tub! Staff had attitudes. I will NEVER stay at this establishment again and will advise others to steer clear.

I live in the same city as this hotel. I paid to stay outside of my home to soak in a vat of hot water. Hot tub broken. Bath tub disguisting. This was a complete waste of money. The place stinks and there is visible water damage EVERYWHERE. probably why you can't soak. This has been an AWFUL experience.

We had a bug in our bed not sure if it was a bed bug or a roach either way I couldn’t sleep in my bed I sat on couch all night afraid to go sleep I went out for a bit when I came back my room key would not work I had to go downstairs 3 times and they kept telling me nothing was wrong with my room key finally they came up and it didn’t work he then said it must need batteries so it still didn’t work and I couldn’t leave the room because I would be locked out I normally never complain about anything but I hate that I wasted my money on this hotel because me and my daughter did not get any sleep and it was her Birthday trip and it was so unpleasant I would not recommend anyone staying here I was kind of surprises hotels.com would promote such a nasty hotel
