Needs some work

The entire hotel has been renovated and looks great. Unfortunately we found pretzel, hair balls and Benadryl tablets on our floors in the bathroom and main room. Appears no one vacuumed. Also, there were nice matching dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, etc but only hand soap had contents. We were also sad to get a partial room of TP, but got more from a maid in the hall.

The room was fine, but the hotel was extremely noisy because it was quite full of young adults

Room was clean, the AC was very loud and sounded broken. Bathroom had part of the ceiling falling in and black mold growing. The bed was an older spring mattress that when you laid on it you could feel the springs poking you. It was a very busy weekend for the hotel seemed to have a wedding and other events at the hotel where it was very loud. Other than those issues the staff was polite.

Only one of the 2 keycards we were given worked. Line to long to have it fixed. Hotel shuttle drove right by and didn’t stop to pick us up. The ac unit in the room was so loud it kept waking me up. The water for my shower was warm at best. Not hot.

I have been staying there for at least 25 years. The hotel for the convenience if you are catching an early flight with the 24 hour shuttle is the best. The food and drink is amazing. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. Kudos to this hotel.!!!
