The property is lacking, but the host is responsive. We arrived to the house to find that it was very cold inside, and the heat was not working. We immediately notified the host and they were told somebody would come check it out. Unfortunately, that never happened and we had to heat the house using too small heaters that we found inside the janitorial closet. In the process of doing that we tripped the breaker. We again reached out to the host who instructed us where the breaker panel was, and we were able to reset it.Next, we realized there were only five towels provided, even though we specified that we would have seven people in the house. We again reached out to the host, which did have towels delivered to us.The Wi-Fi only worked for one of our guests, and the other guests would get an error that the network was unavailable. We’re all tech savvy people, so this does not seem to be a user error. The window in the foyer area is broken and the ceiling in one of the bedrooms has an apparent water leak with the plaster hanging down. During the night the plaster flakes fell onto our luggage.On the positive note, the beds are comfy, and they had warm blankets, which kept us warm with no heat. The showers were functional and we had hot water. The kitchen was large, but we did not use any of the appliances.
