Our suite was not ready at check in and the lady at the front desk wasn’t the least bit apologetic at all. She seems as though she’d rather be anywhere but there. The manager was very nice and apologetic though. The room wasn’t the cleanest, you could tell it was rushed. Overall, it was decent and I’d probably stay again.

Overall stay was good. I really appreciate the breakfast options as well as the evening reception. Having 3 kids with me really helped me save a few bucks for dinner! My only complaint was not liking hearing the neighbor taking a shower or use the bathroom while trying to sleep.

Top notch employees!

Property had fantastic amenities and service. The woman managing the breakfast area was so cheerful and genuine. What a joy to be greeted by her smiling face and attitude in the morning!! There were a few issues we found in the room where some areas had not been cleaned properly but the staff took care of them promptly. Everyone who helped us was very professional and represented Drury well.
