We have traveled a lot and we were staying just one night as a quick getaway. It was AMAZING. every idea of this stay was awesome. The front desk were awesome. The bell staff that help you get to your room were incredible. All restaurant staffs and specially bar staffs in the conservatory or walkway were excellent. Room was large and roomy. Very close to 4th Street Live. The scenic views were incredible as well. Totally give this the highest review I can! We will definitely be back!!

Loved our room, savings and Hotel!

We loved our room, we booked the executive suite. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Me and my son went to bed early while the others stayed up and talked & watched TV in the living area. With a double layer of doors, my son went to sleep very easy, unable to hear the others. We walked over to the Spaghetti Factory for dinner, which was a very short and easy walk for my 4 year old. The view was also nice, still being able to view the pool and the river. We went for a swim in the pool after dinner, which was unexpectedly very chilly! My son loved watching the barges go by. We had breakfast at the Walkers Exchange restaurant the next morning before heading to Waterfront Park Play Port. The glass elevators were a timeless, classy hit as well. We love Galt House and will continue to book here in the future.

The room and Expedia VIP upgrades were great. The noise from the highway and the steamboat were greatly unexpected. There’s nothing the Galt can do about that, it’s just worth mentioning. There were almost no staff to interact with the whole trip, a little weird.

The gentleman upstairs on the high floor that was working at night was very very kind. You were a bartender on the second floor was slow and rude and you weren’t even busy your staff at the bar in the tunnel. They were really really nice but your quality food was awful And your front desktop. The one African-American girl was really really sweet the other girl no, I have a restaurant Longboat key Florida and I couldn’t believe our food for the price

First-rate hotel! We were upgraded to the penthouse suite overlooking the Ohio River - literally could not have asked for more. The balcony, the view, convenience to walking downtown and 4th Street, just an overall lovely experience. We were well cared for here.
