I was there 2 days to rest and relax. That did not happen. Cleaning ladies yelling and screaming during the day, throughout the day!! Not allowed to sleep in and have breakfast. Next door was construction, drilling, hammers, etc etc....... First time there, no return and you could not pay me to stay at that hotel again. Very noisey room.

Need enforcement of minors

We stayed for a gymnastics meet and there were other sports tournaments going on. The hotel was nice, but there were some very rough boys with hockey staying there as well. Parents did not supervise in the pool and they were allowed to rough house so much in the room above us. We reported the issues to the front desk but not much was fixed. It should be mandatory and enforced that parents supervise their children. At 1 AM they were still being loud and sounded liked they were coming through the ceiling of our room.

We stay at this location every time we go to Louisville and usually its great and we never had a issue but this time the bathroom was specifically the toilet area was filthy.

Hockey tournament

We had to stay for a hockey tournament and ended up staying an extra night. Breakfast was just okay same thing 2 days in a row the 3rd they added sausage and took put the ham. The pool is very small.

I like the Springhill suites brand. This hotel was a little louder than others I've stayed at. Doors slam really hard if people don't shut them. Plus the walls seemed thinner than others. Still a decent hotel. Good breakfast. The poor woman trying to keep up with everyone eating and drinking coffee has her hands full. But she was very pleasant and friendly when she could be. Bed was fairly comfortable. We couldn't get the temperature regulated in our room. It wasnt bad enough to have someone come check it. The couch in the room could use an update but I overall it was a nice stay
