Beautiful, historic hotel.

An offer of soft and firm among the 4 pillows on the bed would be divine. We tried to make dining reservations in advance of arrival. The phone reservation system was not friendly.

This was truly a magnificent hotel. Upon entering the hotel you are immediately welcomed by a desirable fragrance in the air. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was fantastic and ample. The overall environment of the hotel was breathtaking with all the furnishings and decors. The views from the Top were gorgeous!

A little chilly

We enjoyed our stay at the Brown Hotel but they were having maintenance issues with their heating system so unfortunately our room was freezing. Both restaurants were wonderful.
