Hello and Welcome to Camp Taylor Cottage!
This charming home has recently gone through a tasteful upgrade to all areas of the house.
When you first enter through the front door you will immediately notice that everything in the home has been tasteful update for this purpose of positive guest interaction.
This is a Non Smoking Home. NO Marijuana Smoking!! No Smoke or Vaping Inside the Home!

Queen size bed - Tempur-pedic (very confortable).
Dresser, small closet, ceiling fan
2nd Bedroom:
Full Size Size bed-Sleep Number bed
Dresser and small closet.
Bar Area- bonus room attached to kitchen:
2 barstools and 32” LED Smart TV, bookshelves
Kitchen:
Granite countertops, stainless under-mount sink and a faucet with a pull out spray handle.
Small bar at the window (2 bar stools)
Bathroom:
All new flooring
new fixtures, toilet and the best part the shower
(5' x 5') shower with 2 shower heads and glass doors.
Basement:
Washer and Dryer in the basement
There is a large table for folding laundry and also a chair.
Clothes rack
Basement bed:
There is are two (3) twin beds in the basement
Love seat.
This is just in case you have an extra guest and need a bed. This is a great alternative to the couch.
This home is also very kid, infant friendly. It has door locks located on the upper portion of the doors in order to keep kids in/ out of certain areas. There is also a high chair, pack and play, baby tub, plug covers, board games and quite a bit more. Feel free to ask any questions.

If you book for 1 person and 7 people are there your booking will be cancelled and the cops will be called!
Guests have full access, the place is theirs for the duration of their stay!
4 cars will fit in the Driveway and extra spots are available directly in front of the house, however in an extremely safe area with no permits required. You are welcome to park in the driveway or on the street. There are 4-5 spaces
We manage multiple properties in the greater Louisville area and accommodate early and late requests. We look forward to working will most reasonable requests to check in/ check out.
If you have pets with you, please pick up after them during your stay.

You will enjoy being centrally located in the city. Whether you are planning on heading downtown or a trade show and the fair/ expo center. This home will give you an opportunity to have some extra space for you and your friends.
This is a pet friendly home. We have water & food bowls in the home already. We love pets. Please be kind and clean up before you check out. If you plan on bringing pets, please pay the cleaning fee through Air/BNB's resolution center upon booking. Currently there is no other way to pay the deposit.
The coffee maker is a Keurig. We provide several extra K-cups upon every check in. We keep sugar and creamers in stock.
Please also note: This home is located across the street from a train track. The train is a slow moving train that does not blow its horn. The train may go 3-5 mph. It is barely noticeable when you are inside or outside of the house.

Pets - The pet fee is $35.00.
Cleaning up after pets is more time consuming for our cleaners.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the house. There is a covered porch and also an awning over the back door.
