My dissatisfaction most likely stems from the generation that this hotel is actually designed for. I was unaware of what this hotel was about when I booked. When I book a hotel, I’m looking more for comfort and peace. This hotel is designed more for younger generation and partying. I also didn’t feel the quality of furniture in the room Fit my standard. The TV also never worked very well. I am more enjoy the Hampton brand than this brand.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived to our check-out, everything was perfect. Thank you to front desk clerk, Stephanie for allowing us to check in a few minutes early.
