Friendly and clean!

Quick stay but a great one. Wonderful customer service and a comfortable, clean hotel. Eric was working the front desk when we checked in late at night after a flight from Baltimore and from getting us a quick shuttle from the airport to making sure we had everything we need for the stay, he was great and very pleasant. The shuttle driver was super nice as well. Overall great experience.

Upon booking the room it said we had free WiFi. When we got there it was only for honors members. There was no information given about breakfast or anything upon arrival. We were checking in after check in time and our room was still marked dirty. The refrigerator was not cleaned out when we got to go into our room. And there is an air freshener that sprays on a timer and it is at head level in the hallway. When I walked by it sprayed me right in the eyes.

The shuttle driver Eric I think his name was is excellent! He gave us restaurant recommendations. He had the wrong name he realized later and had the front desk call us with the right name. He went above and beyond to help us.

We stayed at this hotel for a sporting event at Expo. It was convenient: walking distance to the Expo and a few descent restaurants within 5 mins of driving. Honestly, staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations…until I got back home. They overcharged me by accident. So, I had to contact the hotel. But, when I talked to the manager, they quickly solved the problem.. nice? But then, they refunded me more than they owed me. A week later, they again charged me for the extra amount…… So even a mother after I stayed at this hotel, I am just checking my account more than usual to see if there will be any charges from the hotel.
