Villa Vivara is an elegant holiday home situated in a prestigious area of Vilamoura, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and a peaceful environment to enjoy the Algarve.



The living and dining room in open space is spacious and bright, with direct access to the garden, creating an inviting space for moments of socialising and relaxation throughout the day.



On the ground floor there is a room with a double bed in an en-suite with shower, offering a practical and comfortable solution for guests who prefer greater accessibility.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed in an en-suite with a bathtub, providing a more private and pleasant environment, with access to a veranda with views of the garden and the swimming pool.



On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, both with double beds in en-suite with shower, guaranteeing privacy and additional comfort, ideal for accommodating more guests in a balanced way.



The kitchen is fully equipped, functional and practical, designed to facilitate meal preparation during your stay.



On the exterior, Villa Vivara features a private terrace with a lounge area and outdoor dining space with barbecue, perfect for enjoying relaxed meals. Direct access to the garden and shared swimming pool provides a pleasant environment to make the most of sunny days.



Villa Vivara is located in the Alto do Golfe Urbanisation, in Vilamoura, in a calm and valued area, close to the beach, marina, golf courses, restaurants and various leisure options.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
