When we booked this property last year it was listed as a maison with enclosed garden, with owners of property living close by. This was false advertising as on our arrival with our dogs ( which was okayed last year by owners prior to booking) we discovered that it was an apartment accessed through the garage via a flight of stairs and the owners live beneath the apartment so i suppose you cannot get any closer than that. no private garden as this is also shared with them and the little privacy you have is provided by a small screen by the jacuzzi to the rear of property, and a small panel to the front of the property not an ideal situation for dog owners as we have 4. They also said they did not realise we had dogs to which i cited the emails before i booked the property, they then said we could not leave the dogs alone at anytime in the appt, but after a few days they said it was ok to do so. not a very good start to our 40th wedding celebration!!! There is also hidden charges which are not quoted on the booking page i.e a charge per dog per week and an extra cleaning charge for the dogs. We have no objection to this but it should be stated on the booking policy. On the day of our arrival the owner got in touch with your company and got the booking heading changed from maison to appt which is good for anyone making a future booking but certainly not good for us. Rant over the owners were friendly enough and invited us into the garden for an apero for our wedding Anniversary.
