The Premier Centerra Parkway shopping center is less than half-a-mile away, Blue Arena (The Ranch) is one mile away, MCR (Medical Center of the Rockies) is 2 miles away and you'll be centrally located right off of the I25 and Highway 34 corridor whether you're looking to make a day trip to Estes or RMNP or if you'd like to venture 15 minutes north to Downtown Fort Collins. We encourage you walk over to The Hub in the mornings for a fresh cup of coffee and great mountain views and don't forget to go back and grab a beer or craft cocktail and enjoy the sunset from the most iconic NoCo patios around 1 of 3 fire pits. Our stay in this home was wonderful. The beds are super comfy and the home is bright and clean. We prepared and ate most of our meals there and found that the silverware set is missing many pieces, so we didn’t have enough for each guest. Also, the website shows an outdoor grill which we planned to use for several meals. Evidently the grill had been stolen a while ago, but the site was not updated. Other than the meal issues, we loved the home and would surely choose it again.

Nice home. Kitchen cabinets need knobs. Heavily perfumed upon entry. Unpluged the airfreshner and then fine. No hand towels in 1/2 bath. No bags in kitchen trash bins. Home close to I-25 - easy off and on
