Behind the house, close to the forest and a shady spot, there is a beautiful covered terrace with a wine bar where you can relax with a good book and a glass of wine.
The pleasant atmosphere in the house is provided by numerous air-conditioning units, which can be used even in the hottest summer heat. The combination of the Mediterranean climate and the fresh mountain air guarantees a relaxing and pleasant holiday.
If you follow the coastal road from Lovran to Opatija, you will find the pearls of the Opatija Riviera, you can jog, walk, stop and taste the local seaside delicacies, and feast your eyes on the exceptionally clear water. Visit the Ucka Nature Park and the Kvarner islands: Krk and Cres, known for their unique natural beauty.
