We stay here very often because we have Tech season tickets. Most of the time it’s decent, room clean, staff nice, breakfast average. This time the room was very clean, staff was nice but breakfast was NOT and didn’t have hair dryer (even though it says they do and they have always had). Not sure why they fell short with breakfast. Hoping our next stay which will be soon has a better experience. FYI had to go buy a hairdryer, a cost and trip I wasn’t expecting.

Worse place to stay

Fridge wasn't working, shower head was messed up. It was 7 am no breakfast. Only one person in the front took her 45 minutes to get something out. She had an attitude. Never again will I stay there.

Save your money

My first concern when we arrived was at the parking lot was absolutely empty . We got checked into the hotel room and it seemed clean. It was quiet. But it felt like we were staying at a hotel in a Third World country. Whenever we finally got back from our event and laid down on the bed, it was literally like laying on a piece of plywood with the mattress topper on it. It was such a horrible night sleep that my wife woke up before the sun came up and said “let’s please just get on the road. “ We thought that we would stop at the breakfast before we left, there wasn’t even real coffee it was canned coffee. Cereal. Make your own pancake your own waffles. No fresh fruit anywhere to be found. The most honest review I could give is that it’s quite literally like staying at a hotel in a Third World country.

Bed was eh... room was just dated, super hot when we arrived. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Another guest asked her to refill some of the hot items, they never were. Soo... we had minimal options at 745... breakfast ends at 900.

We booked and paid online When we got there it was an additional $100.00 ATM broken First 2 rooms where damaged had to switch rooms. No AC in one, phone was broke, fridge broken full of water and bugs Breakfast was supposed to be from 6 to 9 Got there at 630 and nothing After complaining to management they brought out raw uncooked food Got extremely sick and was throwing up entire drive from Lubbock texas to St Louis MO

Check in was good, the room itself was good but breakfast was poor. Breakfast is from 6am-9am. We went at 7:15 and there was nothing except make a waffle. All trays were empty. I choose Hotels that specifically include breakfast so this was a total disappointment. Checking out wasn't great either. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk and then there was no hospitality. This is one hotel that i will not stay at again.
