Welcome to Brick Road Retreat! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on a unique red brick road is just a short walk to Tech. With modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere, it’s perfect for families and groups. Kiddos will love the dedicated playroom upstairs while adults can kick up their feet and relax in the hot tub in our oversized backyard or at the patio while enjoying a cup of local Monomyth coffee.



The Space:

Discover the charm of Brick Road Retreat, nestled on a unique red brick road and just a short walk to Tech. This inviting home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it perfect for families and groups.



Right when you walk in, our warm and welcoming living room greets you. Take a seat on our cozy couch and watch something on our smart TV or curl up with a good book. Please note - our fireplace will turn on but will not put out heat.



The spacious master bedroom is in the back of the house and offers a cozy king-sized bed. The front of the home contains the second bedroom with a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with both a queen and a twin bed. There is also plenty of room for an air mattress or two, so that you can fit your whole tailgating crew.



There are two bathrooms in this home, making getting ready in the morning a breeze. The hall bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower and vanity with drawers, offering flexibility for everyone's preferences. The other bathroom is in the mater bedroom where you will find a tub/shower combo. There is plenty of shampoo and body wash for our guests to use as well as a an extra toothbrush and shaver for added convenience if someone forgets theirs. There are also plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for your stay.



Our kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a built-in dining table for 5. There are also 4 additional barstools for extra seating. The highlight of the kitchen is the coffee bar. Sure to satisfy any coffee lover, we included a Keurig, French press and a drip maker. It is also well-stocked with syrups, sweeteners, and local Monomyth coffee. If you enjoy the coffee, visit Monomyth coffeehouse nearby and pick up a bag of your favorite to take a piece of Lubbock home with you!



Kids will love the dedicated upstairs play area, and everyone can relax in the sunroom with comfortable seating. A washer and dryer is located here as well and leads out to an oversized backyard.



The backyard is a true delight with patio seating for 4, plus additional Adirondack chairs in the yard. Play a round of Corn Hole or Giant Jenga while you're waiting on your dinner to cook in the smoker. Once it gets dark, turn on the fairy lights and relax in the hot tub.

A rental agreement is required to book this property. There are cameras in the front and backyard overlooking the doors. There is also a doorbell camera at the front. You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability)

Early check-in and late check-out MAY be available for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour, for up to 2 hours. Early check-in: Payment must be submitted before 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late check-out: Payment must be submitted no later than 10:00 PM on the evening before departure.



**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**



Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.



This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. The owner has severe pet allergies so there will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. If you have a service animal, proof of registration is required BEFORE you book.



We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a 3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.



Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Guest Access:

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet, shed, and back house in the back yard.



The Neighborhood:

This property is located in the Overton subdivision in north Lubbock. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and dining.



Getting Around:

Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services.



Other Things to Note:

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.



This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee. Service animals will be required to show proof of registration BEFORE booking.



Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy

While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.



In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:



Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.

No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.

Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.

Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.

Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay, and the new owner chooses not to honor future reservations, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, but we will not be held responsible for securing alternate accommodations or covering any associated costs.

Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.



By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.



Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any alteration request. Any credit card fees charged when booking will not be refunded if a trip is cancelled.



House Rules:

- No pets!

- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.

- No smoking inside the property.

- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.

- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.

- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately



Interaction with Guests:

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, please message us and we will be happy to assist.
