The staff was friendly, check in was quick and the beds are comfortable. However, I had to ask for a new comforter because there were stains that appeared to be blood on it. The bathroom vent is disgusting and the cleanliness of the room is sub par. The furniture is broken down and ratty. We usually have good experiences at Comfort Suites, but we cannot say that this time. Definitely needs a renovation and different cleaning crew.

Property is okay. It wasn’t great, but wasn’t bad either. It was a “get why you pay for” property. Had it been much more expensive I’d of been let down. Only real complaint is, it’s right off the highway and more than a few times I could clearly hear motorcycles speeding down the highway. During the day it’s not a big deal, but at night while I’m trying to sleep, it was pretty annoying. Of course this isn’t the fault of the property.

Pictures do not show accurate hotel conditions. Everything was dirty. The room was dirty, shower was dirty, the doors to go outside were disgusting. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Hot Tub Clean and Pool Clean

This place is well maintained, its kept clean, and I think this is one of the few left in lubbock that still has a Hot Tub Jacuzzi. And i know this is one of the first that has an indoor pool ande Jacuzzi. Will definitly recommend, the staff were all very very professional and nice.

Building appeared a bit run down. Only had one elevator which got stuck on second floor for a few mins while we were inside it. Sheets had stains, shower would only run shower head, not faucet by itself. Could hear a lot of traffic noise. Parking lot is very small and did not have enough space for the amount of guest booked there and was not very handicap friendly.

The furniture in our room either needs a good steam cleaning or replaced. Stains on couch and chair had what looked liked wood shavings on it. A fresh coat of paint does wonders for a room and bathroom. The front desk staff was very friendly and greeted us each time we came in. They make you feel at home.
