We had many issues during our stay. Water pipe broke morning of the 16th so no showers before my daughters graduation. One of two rooms didn't have hot water in the shower so it was scalding hot both mornings. TV kept going out. Room was not very clean...all surfaces were sticky. Room key for one room kept getting deactivated. We had to have it reprogramed at least 6 times. Overall very disappointed with Hampton Inn and won't be staying at any again.

We enjoyed our stay but were very disappointed in the fact that the hot tub was not working and pool water was soo cold we weren’t able to get in and our main reason for going was so our son and his friends could swim since it was our sons birthday weekend 😒

I made my reservation in March, for my stay in May. College graduation wknd for my son. When we got to the hotel, the lady asked for my name. She said she didn’t have my reservation. I informed her that my 81 yr old mother had already checked in, which was the secondary room that I booked…under MY name. The woman said she had no booking for me. I tried to give her my itinerary number. As I said the first number, she informed that there is no reservation for me. This woman was DEFINITELY not willing to help or listen. WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED!

The hotel is definitely dated and for the money you pay for a room you would think it would be a little better…the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was great…the tv had 60 channels according to the guide, but you only watch 4 local channels…I definitely do not recommend the I-Hop out front, my night was spent battling a bout of food poisoning so restful sleep was not in the cards..I planned on leaving early early that morning but didn’t happen because of the earlier..

Staff were VERY nice and kind. Stayed for a volleyball tournament. Breakfast was so good, hotel is close to restaurants and the loop in Lubbock so easy access to every where.
