A plus for this property. The only downside was that the pool was not available, likely due the massive hail storm that blew through not long before our trip that also damaged the windows in the pool area.

Staff was friendly. Our room's curtains were torn and shower curtain was torn in many places and sink faucet dripped the whole time. It just needs some attention, new curtains, new shower curtain. The toilet is super short like the OLD TOILETS USED TO BE. Just needs updating.

The hotel is in needs to gave a face lift. Our curtains were torn, the feels dirty, the pillows were pancakes, we had to call for toilet paper, very thin paper. We ended up buying toilet paper abd tissues. The staff was very nice and friendly. We like the location and have stayed here before. It has just seeens like it has deteriorated quickly.

It was ok, the day time staff are good, very friendly and very accommodating. It was the night time staff that I don’t like. When we arrived in the evening after the event that we attended we asked for towels, she said that we will bring down the towels that we used so that she will give us newly washed towels. So we went up and down to get the used towels so that she will replace them to new ones. She was talking on the phone when we reached the desk. We waited for too long, then she login to the computer and asked our room number. She “checked” in the computer that took her long, she gave us 2 but we need 3 in each room. We had 2 rooms and there were 6 of us. When we arrived in the room there were only 2 towels per room and we already used them. We asked for 4 towels but she gave us 2 and we insisted we need 3. She did the same thing on the other room, we asked for 3 and gave us 1. She asked the room number of the other room and checked her computer again. My thing is, just towels. I’ve been in so many hotels but why this particular staff is so stingy of towels but the day time staff were good, no questions asked and no computer login. I hope this staff should improve her ability to deal with customers. Towels are part of their accommodation and they should provide them without questions. Thanks!

We understand that the hotel was hit by a hail storm last week. Unfortunate to us was the fact that while we received repeated emails in advance of our stay, none alerted us to the fact that the pool was closed. We would have appreciated knowing that fact in advance of our arrival. In addition the tile floor in the bathroom had loose tiles and needed new glue and grout.

Nice hotel, greet location and plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty decent. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, tea, yogurt, muffins etc. My only complaint ..the toilet was dirty around the bottom on both sides.
